I had been going to the gym for about 8 months to get ready for my wedding in April this year. I was happy with the progress I had made with my trainer, I was strong, built muscle and my fitness was really good. However I just wasn’t lean and all that muscle was still hiding. I hadn’t lost any weight and still wearing clothing sizes I wasn’t happy about. I was tired all the time, lacking energy, falling asleep in the afternoons and not sleeping well at nights. Eating certain foods, made me sleepy especially bread and I craved that sugar fix a lot of the time. Steph was recommended to me, and the results are amazing. We started with a two week detox, which was hard as my body constantly craved that sweet fix. Carbs were out, protein was in. My nutrition programme was adjusted every few weeks and now I have a completely new approach to food. Within three months I was for the first time in 20 years, wearing a bikini, shopping for clothes by choice not what fitted me. Lots more energy and not sleepy in the afternoons.
