Ingredients

  • 2/3 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large hand-fulls kale
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks or berries
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Water/Ice

Method

Blend all together, serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
