Ingredients
- 6-8 fresh kale leaves, chopped
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup cauliflower, diced
- 1/2 cup broccoli, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 chilli, finely diced
- 4-6 sandwich stackers (gherkins)
- 3 tablespoons juice from sandwich stackers (gherkins)
- Himalayan salt/pepper to taste
Method
After all ingredients have been cut into their recommended sizes, place in a bowl and mix gently with hands or tongs and serve 🙂
