12 week Transformation
Where do I start, before meeting Brendon and Steph my body was a bit of a mess, it had been absorbing a tonne of environmental toxins mainly from my job working with industrial sized engines and solvents etc, I hadn’t been sleeping well and getting really run down, this was causing havoc with my mood, motivation to consistently train and performance at work. Previously I was really up and down with the intensity and frequency of which I trained and never really had any direction and winged a lot of it hoping for results that were extremely slow coming in comparison too what Ive achieved in a few months. All this was until I made an appointment with these two who changed what I eat and when, the way I should train to build muscle and to keep lean which was the goal. Overall I am stoked with how the 12 weeks went. I feel faster, lighter on my feet, stronger and more relaxed overall. I lost 4% body fat gained 3kgs of muscle, I feel 100% better which is the most important part and learned things that I can carry with me to help me progress further and help others. No hesitation in recommending these two to anyone who wants to make a change, no matter how big or small.
