‘Back to the Basics’ – How to Perform the Leg Curl

The newest addition to our ‘Back to the Basics’ series is the Leg Curl. This is a great exercise used to isolate the hamstrings and really focus on squeezing those muscles. As it’s performed on a machine, you don’t have to worry about form too much which is great because it means you can put all of your focus into making nice, slow, controlled reps, ensuring you get the best out of the exercise.
